1) Bellibolt ex
HP: 160
Move:High-Voltage Cannon
Move Damage: 70+
Move Effect: Gains an additional 70 damage if you have at least four Lightning Energy in play
Move Energy Cost: 2 Lightning Energy
Retreat Cost: 3 Energy
Bellibolt ex is the straightforward centerpiece of the deck. High-Voltage Cannon is relatively cheap for a decent 70 damage, but can be doubled once its condition is fulfilled. When there are four or more Lightning Energy in play, Bellibolt ex starts to deal solid consistent 140 damage.
2) Magneton (Genetic Apex)

Ability:Volt Charge – Once per turn, attach a Lightning Energy from your Energy Zone to this Pokemon
Move:Spinning Attack
Move Damage: 60
Move Energy Cost: 1 Lightning and 3 Colorless Energy
Retreat Cost: 2 Energy.
Magneton purely plays a supportive role. Its primary function is to generate Energy through Volt Charge. Magnezone is your secondary back-up attacker. Its attack not only deals solid damage but also potentially disrupts the opponent’s flow.
