Giovanni Simeone is officially a Torino player.
His entry into the clash against Fiorentina in the second half last night triggered an obligation to buy from Napoli.
The loan agreement stipulated an automatic buyout upon his first appearance in February, after the winter transfer window closed.
Tuttosport says Torino will pay €6m plus bonuses to Napoli. “El Cholito” will be tied to the Granata by a contract until June 30, 2028, with an option for the following season.
The striker returned to action after a three-week layoff due to a bruised left leg sustained on January 13 in the Coppa Italia.
