Real Madrid have named a 24-man squad for Saturday’s LaLiga clash against Real Sociedad, with Vinicius Jr and Ferland Mendy both back in contention.
The headline return is Vinicius Junior, who missed last weekend’s trip to Valencia due to suspension for yellow card accumulation. The Brazilian winger is now available again for coach Alvaro Arbeloa.
Ferland Mendy has also recovered from injury and rejoins the squad, although he is not expected to start.
There is further encouragement with Kylian Mbappe included after overcoming recent discomfort.
