RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande has reportedly chosen Paris Saint-Germain as his preferred destination over Liverpool, should he depart the German club during the summer transfer window.

According to David Ornstein, the 19-year-old has decided to join the French giants after being convinced by the club’s long-term project following conversations with chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi and football advisor Luis Campos. Diomande is also reportedly keen on the prospect of playing under PSG manager Luis Enrique.

The highly sought-after forward has emerged as one of the most exciting young talents in European football, recording 13 goals and nine assists across 36 appearances for Leipzig this season.

While Diomande has been heavily linked with several elite clubs, including Liverpool, RB Leipzig are hoping to retain his services for at least another year. The Bundesliga side is currently unwilling to entertain offers below their strict €130 million asking price, and PSG has yet to submit a formal approach to test their resolve.
